Flight

Most of the major carriers fly into Nashville. The airport code is BNA. Southwest is usually the least expensive way to fly, so you may want to consider their flights first (www.southwest.com). Note: You don’t necessarily need a car since there is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

Hotel

For convenience sake, we would encourage and hope that many of you would stay at the Sheraton Music City Hotel (special rate of $150/night with occupancy of up to 4). The College Metro Conference will be held at this hotel and transportation from the airport is provided. To reserve your room, contact Jason Hale at Lifeway at 615-251-3816. There is a limited amount of rooms available for Metro attendees, so reserve your room soon. Although you need to contact Jason to reserve the room if you stay at the Music City Sheraton you will need to pay Providence Baptist church when you arrive at the conference for the room. Why Providence and not College Metro? Providence is the host church this year for Metro and we are holding the funds for the conference and responsible for the expenses incurred. Providence in essence has reserved a block of 20 rooms and will be cutting one check to LIFEWAY.
