Important News Regarding Metro and Summit Conferences

We are excited to have the opportunity this year to host part of the Metro conference at the same time as the Summit conference. Our hope in planning these conferences to overlap one another is to bridge the gap between the church college minister and the campus college minister. We also hope that it will be a mutual time of equipping and encouragement.

For all Metro conference registries, we will be attending half of the Summit conference and enjoying a few meals with the Summit attendees. If you are a registered Metro attendee and wish to stay the day after Metro ends to attend all the Summit conference (Friday afternoon through Saturday at lunch), you will need to take care of your own lodging Friday night and meals Friday night and Saturday morning. There will, however, be no additional program fee. If you are a registered Summit attendee and wish to come the day before Summit starts to attend some of the Metro conference (Wednesday through Thursday afternoon until Summit starts), you will need to take care of your own lodging Wednesday night and meals Wednesday lunch, Wednesday dinner, Thursday breakfast and Thursday lunch. Likewise, there will be no additional program fee.

If you are registered with the Summit Conference and are planning to attend the Metro Conference before the Summit starts, please let us know by emailing metroconference2009@gmail.com so we will have an accurate head count for materials. Also, if you would like to eat Wednesday lunch and dinner and Thursday breakfast and lunch with Metro attendees before the Summit Conference starts, let us know so we have enough food. You will simply pay for those meals at the conference (estimated cost of 40$ ).
